I really really want Vanitas to get a happy ending. ;n; I feel so bad for him! I believe that he is very lonely. He just wants to feel whole, or feel like he has a place somewhere. That’s why he wants to merge with Ven so badly. I like to think that deep down in his heart, he wants friends too. I keep getting an image in my head where Ven, Terra, and Aqua are hanging out being cute, and Vanitas is just watching from afar with a feeling of longing and loneliness. ;-; (and then Ven is like ‘hey! come over here’) I JUST WANT THEM ALL TO BE HAPPYyyy ;___; So I draw pictures and imagine that they are

Oh gosh I feel bad for him even more! ;A; I kind of just interpreted him this way when I played the game, so it was just a headcanon. sdjgskjg It makes a lot of sense, and it makes him a lot more three dimensional as a character.

But the novel plots are kinda the same like the manga where hidden/untold scene and deep character development are in.

He separated from Ven and slowly became his own person ;___; And oh gosh he heard Ven's voice when their hearts met with Sora's! Somehow, I always for some reason thought it was actually Vanitas talking to Ven at the beginning in the 'Dive into the Heart' scene (even though Vanitas was the one to actually take that piece of Ven's heart away xD). But later I learned it was actually Sora and I was like ohh, well, that's cool too. But wahh I love that it could still be Vanitas' voice when they say 'open the door'. I love that we can interpret it any way we want - it might be Sora but it might be Vanitas. :')

When I played BbS, Ven said "Open the door" with someone which I assumed the 'voice' but I had no idea who that was back then, until the last ending with little Sora ADFSDGAFHJDLSD Its was Soraaa it was youuu who saved Ven aahh.. my heart..
but yeah.. It could be Sora or Vanitas. but my headcanon assumed it was Vanitas too XD
cuz well, Sora is still a newborn baby and he...can't talk lol, so it's like Sora saved the both of them. Giving them the 'extra light' .

At first, I dont like Vanitas with the exception of Haley Osment's sexy voice 8D
but after Ven's mid playthrough I just noticed that oh..he is..lonely...aww that's why he stalks Ven.. XDDDDDDD
and after found out that Vanitas is actually Ven's other half asdfghjklll ohh.. my poor babiieess.. (,TTATT),

I think you read it from BbS Ultimania guide book or something. Saw ppl post it up the translation on the net and fandoms start to speculate things... XD
